When the Group Softplan acts as Operator, we undertake to strictly comply with the obligations established in the contract with the Controller, always in compliance with the LGPD. In general, when we make our SaaS Software available, it is the customer Softplan who determines the purpose, often making us operators in these cases. However, regardless of the role assumed, we seek to adopt robust and appropriate measures to ensure data protection.
Controller
The group Softplan, as Controller of personal data, is committed to providing humanized and transparent service to data subjects regarding their data, including purposes and ways of exercising rights. Additionally, we prioritize care in securely sharing data with trusted third parties and preventing incidents. Our commitment includes strict compliance with the LGPD and ANPD regulations, ensuring maximum care and attention in relation to the data protection of our employees.

All data verification requests are processed through the LGPD Portal. This internal system allows the data subject to request changes to their personal data, as long as they comply with the rights guaranteed by the General Data Protection Law.

The processing of personal data encompasses all operations carried out with information that identifies individuals, ranging from collection and production to the elimination and control of this data. This includes activities such as classification, use, access, storage, transmission, processing and distribution, as defined in article 5, item X, of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
