A solid story

In this timeline, know a little of the history we are writing, with much effort and dedication, since 1990.
  • 1990

    Launch of Sienge, Softplan’s first software.

  • 1992

    Launching of SIDER, one of Softplan’s main products, to meet DER / SC needs.

  • 1993

    Softplan is hired by TJSC, initiating the Justice Unit.

  • 1994

    Creation of SAFF, Integrated Solution for the Physical, Financial and Accounting Management of Projects co-financed by international organizations.

  • 2002

    Inauguration of Softplan’s new headquarters at ParqTec Alfa, in Florianópolis.

  • 2011

    Elaboration of the first strategic plan of Softplan, with the vision “20 years in 5”.

  • 2013

    Softplan reaches its vision two years in advance, doubling its income in just three years.

  • 2015

    100% Digital Project: Digital Process (SAJ) implemented in all judicial units of São Paulo.

  • 2016

    Inauguration of the new headquarters of Softplan at Sapiens Parque in Florianópolis.

  • 2017

    Creation of the Health Unit; Softplan enters GPTW SC as one of the best companies to work for; This year we became signatories to the UN Global Compact.

    With 1700 employees, we entered the GPTW IT Brazil list as one of the best companies to work for in the country.

    We were awarded at the IBM Think2019 event in the Cloud category: Remarkable solution based on and delivered on the IBM Cloud platform with Sienge Go!. We entered the ranking of the top 50 most influential legaltechs on the planet, by LegalTech500, from Planet Compliance.

Our headquarters

We were born in 1990, we grew a lot, and, in 2012, we were divided in three different buildings in ParqTec Alfa, in João Paulo neighborhood, in Florianópolis. There the dream of building a new headquarters that could bring together all the collaborators began and became real. And we did not want just any headquarter, we dreamed of a place with space dedicated not only to work but also for our softplayers to rest and have moments of leisure. We also wanted to promote integration, to be flexible and to adapt easily to new teams and businesses. A dream that is dreamt together is reality, so we did it!

Since November 2016, we have been inhabiting the building on the edge of a lake, in Sapiens Park, Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, in Florianópolis. As a pioneer anchor company in the Park, our 27 thousand square meters of constructed area do not go unnoticed. With an innovative and totally sustainable project, it is worth noting that 50% of our water consumption is of reuse and rainwater; we have automation of all electrical energy and control of the water level of the building; our walls, all in glass, have external brise soleil that is see through it, but also blocks the sun and lowers through sensor. These are just some of the features that draw so much attention. We also have an auditorium with a capacity of 180 seats, which allows us to hold many events here. To facilitate interaction, to promote innovation. People, without them, nothing would make sense.

UN Global Compact

Since 2017 we have been signatories to the UN Global Compact. The Global Compact is an initiative that aims to mobilize the international business community to adopt, in its business practices, fundamental and internationally accepted values in the areas of human rights, labor relations, environment and anti-corruption that are reflected in 10 principles.
