Our history
How did we get here
It all started when three friends joined their dreams and created a startup 32 years ago, when that term hadn’t been coined yet. This is how Softplan’s success story began.
1990
We launched our first product, Sienge, which is now a reference in the construction industry. During this decade, we also launched other important products: Sider, SAJ, and SAFF. We opened our first office in São Paulo - SP.
2000
We built and achieved our strategic planning with the vision “20 years in 5”. We opened our headquarters at the Technology Park of Florianópolis, ParqTec.
2015
We accelerated our growth with the TJSP 100% Digital. We opened our current headquarters in Sapiens Parque. We invested in new products like 1Doc and WeGov. We created our Code of Ethics and the compliance area.
2020
We celebrated 30 years of operation. We created a new M&A area.
2021
We acquired the companies Checklist Fácil and Construtor de Vendas. Arrival of the current CEO, Eduardo Smith. We implemented the Hybrid Model of work.
2022
We acquired the Projuris, Collabo, Justto and eCustos solutions. First issuance of debentures in the amount of R$ 130 million.
